I could recall my hospital bag packing experience, despite it was a peak of covid and knowing all the learning for being prepared, I was not ready with packing until end of the week 39. Suddenly when my contraction got intense, Me and my family just grabbed things for hospital bag and left for hospital.
It is always better to be pre-prepared, so you don’t run around for things at the last minute and get anxious yourself. Consider packing your hospital bag between 35-36th week.
Hospitals provides some basics which is required for you and your new-born. But rest you must be prepared based on what you need and your comfortable things. And also cross verify with your hospitals and care provider for what they allow you to bring when you come to hospital to deliver. And also check with your hospitals if you have any specific concerns.

- Maternity sanitary pad (super extra-large)

- Cup, spoon, plate
- Flask and water bottle

- Toiletries - soap, brush, lotion, lip balm

- Baby cloths (preferably front open jablas, skin friendly woven cotton washed at home, with skin safe coloured clothing)
